Instructions for Authors

In the Journal of Advanced Research in Statistics and Probability (JARSP), the Institute of Advanced Scientific Research publishes high-quality papers on the topic of Statistics and Probability. The journal is published quarterly.

Submission of a manuscript signifies that it has been not copyrighted, published, submitted or accepted for publication elsewhere. Submitted manuscripts must be typewritten in English. All submitted manuscripts should be as concise as possible.

Process for Submission of Manuscript

Detailed instructions for submitting your file are given below. Failure to follow these procedures will result in a delay in the processing of your submission and may result in your submission being returned to you.

1. On-line submission through journal website http://www.i-asr.org/Journals/jarsp/ however will be strongly encouraged.

2. Your paper must be submitted as one PS or PDF file (The maximum file size is limited to 5 MB). JARSP will not accept multiple files. Note that the source files for your manuscript are NOT to be sent. If possible, please format your file using the I-ASR LaTeX style files, see here for details.

3. These will be subject to a review procedure, and a decision on whether or not to accept the paper will be made by members of the Editorial Board.

4. Original illustrations should not be sent until requested, but authors should be ready to submit these immediately upon acceptance for publication.

5. On the transmittal letter, give the authors preferred address for correspondence. Inform the Editor Manager of any change of address.

6. Authors of accepted manuscripts will be required to e-mail the final version of their manuscript on LaTex format file to jarsp@i-asr.org.

7. After the upload you should receive an automatic confirmation receipt via e-mail if the upload was successful. If you do not receive an e-mail acknowledgment from JARSP within three working days, send an e-mail query to jarsp@i-asr.org.

Copyright

It is the policy of the Institute of Advanced Scientific Research to own the copyright to the technical contributions it published. To comply with the copyright policy, authors are required to sign (hand sign) a Copyright Transfer Form and send it to jarsp@i-asr.org after they received the acknowledgement letter. Paper acceptance is not possible without the form signed.

Publication Cost

There is no page charge fee, no reviewing fee. E-copies of the author's issue will be sent to authors (free).
